1.0 Your pack shipment

Delivery will take place within 1-2 business days of receiving the payment. We use the services of Poslaju / Ninjavan / GDEX courier companies throughout Malaysia and EMS Express for international delivery with using tracking numbers. If you prefer delivery by Others Courier with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

2.0 Domestic Return

We accept return up to 14 days after you receive your order. Please take note that delivery charges and coupon used will not be refunded.

If you are returning a product, please first contact us at [email protected] and ensure that:

Items are in their original packaging as how it has been delivered
The product tag is still intact
They are unwashed and unworn
The return form is filled up and attached to the parcel

If breaches on any of the conditions above occur, we hold the rights to refuse a return.

*Please take note that we only allow one-time return for each order & product and goods sold are not refundable.
*Orders that are made using store credits are not considered as new orders and are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable.

3.0 Returning to Warehouse

Customers who are returning their product(s) are advised to use a delivery service that allows you to track the delivery status of your parcel, as we do not bear the responsibility if the parcel has gone missing.

3.1 Cost of Return

At all returning situation, customers have to bear the cost of returning the items unless due to:

4.0 International Return

All international return needs to be returned within 15 days after receiving. Customers have to bear the two-way shipping fees. All returned item will be inspected and may be refunded in store credits/wallet.

Poslaju Sabah (1-5 Working Days) 1st 1KG = RM8.00
Poslaju Sarawak (3-10 Working Days) 1st 0.5KG = RM13.00
